Epic Systems, a company that sells medical records software, has introduced a way to use patient information to identify and track down anyone who hasn’t been vaccinated. The software is used by thousands of hospitals in the U.S.
Jens Spahn, the German Health Minister, has recently introduced legislation that would require parents to vaccinate their children – or face government fines and exclusion from schools. The fines could be as much as 2,500 euros, or about $2,800 USD.
These moves come in the midst of a measles outbreak during which the death toll has skyrocketed from zero to… well, zero. And while the potential side effects are more extensive than the effects of the virus itself, public health officials here and abroad are making aggressive moves to invade our privacy, strip away our freedoms, and force vaccination upon us.
In 2018, Pharmaceutical giant Merck generated $1.8 BILLION in revenue from the MMR vaccine alone.
It’s time to wake up.
Your Private Information is Not Private
Doctors in the U.S. are utilizing your private medical records to identify unvaccinated patients and push them to receive the MMR vaccine. It is not exclusive to patients who may have been exposed. Family and friends of patients can be screened, and anyone who hasn’t received the vaccine may receive targeted messages about vaccination.
Back in March, we were attacked in a dishonest smear campaign on NBC’s TODAY show, which spread lies and misinformation about the MMR vaccine without asking us for any input. A week or so later, we warned that medical tyranny and forced vaccinations were imminent, pointing to state restriction of medical freedoms, the oppressive presence of BIG Pharma in our regulatory and legislative bodies, and the massive propaganda machine which is currently running at full steam.
Less than two weeks later, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio declared a public health emergency and mandated that all children in certain zip codes would be required to show proof of vaccination or face fines. He set a 48-hour deadline for compliance; he promised to use medical records to hunt down families who didn’t comply.
Just last week, we wrote about how Amazon’s voice assistant, Alexa, is now HIPAA compliant and able to access your private medical information. And even though there is no official certification process for becoming HIPAA compliant, Amazon netted over $15 billion in market cap the weekend after the announcement.
Now, Epic Systems is teaching hospitals and clinics how to use their software to target and isolate anyone who is unvaccinated or lives in an area where they are likely to be unvaccinated. And HIPAA won’t protect you.
According to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS):
The HIPAA Privacy Rule recognizes the legitimate need for public health authorities and others responsible for ensuring public health and safety to have access to protected health information to carry out their public health mission. The Rule also recognizes that public health reports made by covered entities are an important means of identifying threats to the health and safety of the public at large, as well as individuals. Accordingly, the Rule permits covered entities to disclose protected health information without authorization for specified public health purposes.”
It’s time to wake up.
Big Pharma and the Propaganda Machine
As we’ve said before, the propaganda machine is currently firing on all cylinders. You can’t open a newspaper without seeing a reference to the “measles outbreak” and how the U.S. has “the highest number of cases since 1994.” And as long as there seems to be some kind of public health emergency, doctors, health systems, governments, and Big Pharma can violate our basic right to privacy in the name of “the greater good.”
This is a dangerous step by the healthcare industry, and Epic already has clients in four states – New York, Illinois, Texas, and California – who are using their software to screen and track down unvaccinated Americans. Jordan Tucker, who works for Epic and is overseeing the new project, explained its function, saying “we can find all those patients missing the MMR vaccine and send out a message to patients or providers.”
This is exactly what was laid out in the National Adult Immunization Plan, one major objective of which is to “increase community demand” for vaccinations. And they’re doing this by stirring up animosity between parents who choose to vaccinate and parents who don’t. We’ve heard from our readers how schools are releasing information about student vaccination, and how parents and children are receiving threatening letters or being publicly shamed and ostracized for exercising their freedom of medical choice.
The mainstream media and government, funded by the very companies that manufacture and sell these vaccines, are doing everything they can to fabricate a public health emergency that can be used to increase their control over our health decisions. They’re also creating a proverbial lynch mob, doing their best to ensure that anyone who declines a vaccination is ridiculed, humiliated, and excluded socially.
And the influence of the pharmaceutical companies is substantial. Merck manufactures and owns the patents to MMR vaccines, including MMRII and Proquad, an MMR/Varicella combo vaccine. These vaccines are both purchased under contract by the CDC, in addition to the private sector. And Merck can’t be happy about a drop in vaccinations…
In 2018, Merck generated $1.8 BILLION in revenue from the MMR vaccine alone.
Mandatory vaccines would mean a guaranteed customer base of over 4 million babies each year in the U.S. Currently, there are about 100,000 American children under age 2 who are not vaccinated, a trend which is going up thanks to groups advocating for vaccine safety and accountability. This represents tens of millions in lost revenue for Merck, and billions across the vaccine industry every year. Walgreens sells the MMR vaccine at $99.99 a pop.
As vaccine exemptions and abstentions increase, the industry continues to lose revenue. This expands to insurance providers, pharmacies, and a host of industries associated with vaccine manufacturing and sales. This is why we’re seeing a frantic effort by the media, government, and medical industry to denounce safety advocates, exaggerate disease risks, and introduce an age of mandatory vaccination.
It’s time to wake up.
Germany Pushes for Mandatory Vaccinations
This influence, combined with the media’s sensationalizing of what is otherwise a normal childhood illness, is now changing policy abroad. German Health Minister Jens Spahn is working on national legislation that would require all German parents to vaccinate their children or face steep fines and exclusion from the educational system. According to Spahn himself, the fines may be as high as 2,500 euros.
With homeschooling being outlawed in Germany, perhaps this would be the avenue back to homeschooling there… One can dream, right? 
To put that into perspective, the average monthly rent for a 3-bedroom apartment in Germany is about 1,170 euros. The average monthly salary is 2,217.51 euros. The fines that Spahn proposes could financially ruin a German family who chooses not to vaccinate, especially if fines are levied for each child.
Nevertheless, Spahn believes that he has bipartisan support for the new legislation, and he’s probably right. According to Reuters:
Spahn believes he has broad support for his draft law in the ruling coalition of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s conservatives, to which he belongs, and the left-leaning Social Democrats (SPD).
SPD health policy expert Karl Lauterbach spoke of a “very good basis” for a joint discussion. “It will not work without fines,” he told the Augsburger Allgemeine newspaper.”
This new proposed law is born out of fear. Fear of an imaginary crisis created by multi-billion-dollar companies like Merck, Sanofi, and Eli Lilly. Fear propagated by the mainstream media, which is funded largely by these very same companies. Fear that thrives in a social media environment that hides and silences opposing information.
And as social media platforms and government agencies scream and cry and throw veritable tantrums about the “misinformation” being spread by “anti-vaxxers,” they are, ironically, peddling misinformation themselves. What you’re seeing in the mainstream media is biased and incorrect, while the truth continues to be actively silenced.
It’s time to wake up.
The Truth About Measles and the MMR Vaccine
From 1959-1962 – just before the vaccine was introduced, measles was fatal in only 0.01% of cases. And while the number of unvaccinated children has quadrupled since 2001, from 2000-2016 measles deaths decreased by 84%. But there are other factors at play when it comes to the dangers of measles.
Malnutrition, especially vitamin A deficiency, is a primary cause of about 90,000 measles deaths annually in underdeveloped nations. In the U.S. and other developed countries, up to 92% of hospitalized measles patients are low in vitamin A. Better nutrition and hygiene may explain the decline in measles mortality even before the vaccine existed.
And the numbers that are used to scare us into submission are not numbers that you can trust. About 90% of measles cases are benign and go unreported, meaning that reported cases of measles only constitute about 10% of all cases. Using reported cases to calculate mortality rates result in numbers that are artificially inflated by a factor of 10.
Jens Spahn, Merck, and the CDC would have you believe that we are in the midst of an epidemic crisis. After all, there have been over 450 confirmed cases of measles in the U.S. this year alone. They’d have you believe that your freedom to choose what goes into your body – and even your constitutional right to religious freedom – must be forfeited in order to save the children. How many must die?

Since the turn of the millennium, there have been 11 deaths from measles in the U.S.
To put that in perspective, here are some unique death rates in the U.S. from 1999-2014:
- Death from contact with powered lawnmower: 951
- Death from a fall involving ice-skates, skis, roller-skates or skateboards: 1,139
- Death from a fall from tree: 1,413
- Death from a fall involving bed: 10,386
You are 1,038.6 times more likely to die falling out of bed than from measles.
In 2017, 16 Americans died from lightning strikes – more than have died from measles in the last 20 years. In fact, according to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), you’re more likely to die from the MMR vaccine than you are from measles.
While the mortality from measles in the U.S. remains virtually non-existent, the risks of receiving untested vaccines for which the manufacturers are not liable are robust. Serious complications reported by Merck in the ProQuad product insert include:

IT’S TIME TO WAKE UP!
Our freedom and privacy are no longer at risk; they are actively under attack. The influence of Big Pharma is so great that Americans are being forced to inject their children with risky vaccinations to avoid fines and jail time. Our private medical records are being used to track us down in an attempt to shame or coerce us into compliance. Thank God for people like you who are not afraid to speak the truth about the terrible things our own governments are trying to force upon us. Are you able to provide a list of countries where freedom of choice when it comes to vaccinations etc is still acceptable? Thankfully I live in the Isle of Man, British Isles and generally our GPs are ok if we decide not to vaccinate (which about 10% of us do). I thank you all for the information in today’s news letter.Now I know why you and truth sayers like,Mike Adams,Sayer Ji,and others have been censored across social media.As a child,I had two rounds of MMR vaccines and still contracted measles and mumps.I know the only way to become immune to MMR,is to contract these diseases,because I have and am now immune for life.I know this because I had been around people who had either measles,mumps or German measles and waited for symptoms through the incubation period,and has zero symptoms.Social media must be gone after for censoring the truth.That also goes for the censoring of people who tell the truth about what some people in the U.S. government,the CDC,big pharma,vaccine makers and others are doing.
How do we make a change? What steps can we take to help stop this empire and protect our freedoms and the truth? This is very informative but I want to do more.
Interestingly Jens Spahn owned a substantial share in a private company that was owned by a pharmaceutical lobby group … while, as a house member, he was active in the health commitee of the German Bundestag
And official figures of German health authorities show, that measels were actually down from some over 200 cases in 2017 to under 200 cases in 2018 … but “horringfyingly” now they are up to 199 cases in the first quarter 2019 … still far away from cases of death from falling out of bed, though German beds maybe safer ;-).

A representative of Quest Diagnostics recently telephoned me to try to get my permission to send one of their technicians to my home to examine my eyes. They knew I had recently been diagnosed with diabetes and tried to scare me into this examination, as they stated that deteriorating eyesight is a side effect of diabetes. I also receive weekly “robocalls” from my Medicare health insurance supplement company (United Healthcare) telling me to get a flu shot. Ever since I signed up with Medicare last year, my health information is obviously public knowledge.

I’m confused, all we are hearing lately is that there are a lot of recent deaths due to measles. Are the facts we are hearing on the news not true?
They are lying about the deaths. That may be the case in africa where they are immune compromised for other reasons such as not enough vitamin A in their systems, but in the US and other countries the deaths are nil.

Why is it that those who are vaccine advocates are so concerned about the unvaccinated spreading these viruses and causing a health crisis? If those vaccines are so safe and effective, then what’s the big deal? The unvaccinated people should be zero threat to those who have had the toxic brew injected into them, right? It’s not even logical, if you really stop and think about it!
Also, the VERY long list of possible side effects from those vaccines is SO MUCH worse than the measles! My sister and I both had the measles, and the chicken pox, and you know what, we got to miss a week of school each time, and then we got over it, never to have it again. Gloria, they are obsessed because they dont have the facts. Of the 700 measles cases right now on the East coast, 30% are people who were supposedly already vaccinated. If the vaccine is suppose to be 99%effective, either statistics lie or they are being untruthful about data.

Rose, there are things you can do in advance to lessen the affect of the vaccine toxins and you can also detoxify after the vaccine. There is quite a bit of research on that. Also, avoid all other non-mandated vaccines and spread them out as much as possible.
I’ve read that religious exemptions remain there for the MMR?? It’s only personal belief that was removed. Several sources online are telling me that.

I’ve learned that some hospitals have functional medicine as an option (which is covered by insurance). It’s like living in Zombies ville.! . Born in ’55, and went through the childhood diseases just fine, as did everybody I knew of in those times. And, I don’t remember ever hearing of anybody dying from them. I’m grateful for the stats you have posted. They verify my memories are accurate. They also verify, along with your comparative stats that the CDC and other “concerned” organizations should focus their efforts on prevention of those other things.
The fear spinners are using and manipulating a human reactive condition called cognitive dissonance. The fear of terrible disease is being drawn upon and overlaid to measles, chickenpox and more to create the ‘demand’ for vaccines. If we can address this issue with education, this may be another way to work toward an even keeled approach to what issues this world really needs to focus on. It is imperative that every person be aware that they need to re-evaluate their core beliefs periodically, objectively, as much of what we are taught as children is erroneous or flat out untrue. It’s time this be applied to the issues at hand, here.
I will be turning 64 on July 24th. As a young child, I caught both the Red Measles, & the German ones, in the early 1960’s . I am still here. I do not understand what all of the paranoia is about. We had no vaccinations for measles back then.

The core of this dilemma is perceptional. We interpret what’s internal as me & external as other. Although it appears that way, the inside & outside are a harmonious whole. Everything is part of the web of life & has purpose/function(God didn’t screw up…). Viruses are horizontal vectors of DNA exchange. In other words, they constantly gather planetary DNA, from multiple sources & we digest & breathe them in everyday. These then, combine with our DNA(genetic engineering) & around and around they go. Viruses are programmed to assist our species in adapting to a constantly changing, aka. stressful, environment. Without them we wouldn’t survive! Our immune system is the membrane that mediates this delicate balance. Of course, having a strong, vibrant system is dependent upon lifestyle (diet, exercise,etc.). From the naturalist paradym, it’s never just the thing (virus, bacteria, disease), but, more importantly, the mind/bodies reaction/interaction with it.
Thank you for being so informative on immunisation. I never wanted any of my children to be immunised but my husband took control over that issue and forced me to have them immunised. I knew years ago that immunisation is not good. We can all get sick and believe me, I have had my fair share of near-death experiences and cancer to boot and survived by the Grace of God.
Even so, I believe that whatever doesn’t kill us, can make us stronger and our own immunity can build up that protection and learn to recognise when an intruding disease or ailment enters our system and can target it and destroy it for our good, naturally. Don’t get me wrong I believe that when we do need help we should seek it out, but changing our lifestyles and the way and what we eat also assists in building up our immune systems. Our bodies are wonderful specimens and we are fearfully and wonderfully made. And, no matter what, if we do get sick our lives are in the hands of the Master and He is in control and He can choose to heal us and give us recovery by His Grace and Mercy. You have the perfect data base of people… Many willing to stand up and make a difference, you also have many connections with others like you who have massive followings. I bet if you created an app called “WHY DR. WHY” and made leaflets (thinking something like you posted in a previous newsletter) available to print through the app, MANY of your followers would take to the streets and start handing out thought provoking info!!!
People could use a “red pin” on a map (in the app) to show where they’re handing info out…. They could update the pin to say how many leaflets they handed out.
Anyone who received a leaflet would be able to pin a “blue pin” to show where they received the information and they would be able to take 5 or so questions to their doctor and put their doctors answer into the “what does your doctor say” (in the app) …. Tracking what doctors are saying to patients when faced with thought provoking questions that they aren’t schooled in.
Of course I wouldn’t expect a huge # of blue pins at the beginning… But whether you believe in vaccinations or not, most people don’t believe in being forced to do anything. I bet this would stir up thoughts and discussions in many people who may have never even thought to talk about it. Best of luck.

It seems that this is a part of a bigger plan of corruption and lies being incorporated into our daily news feeds. The good news is that small voices, when multiplied, can draw this monster out from behind the curtain of deception. Look at all of the nonsense tolerated by women before the Me Too movement. Before the pendulum swings the other way, there will be a barrage of last ditch attempts to ‘sway’ force and coerce people with opposing views. We are losing our rights and being forced into submission on many fronts. SPEAK UP! Be brave and stand firm. There are so many ways to be informed. Start asking questions. Stop being distracted by things that don’t matter: celebrity fluff, mindless games, excessive ANYthing. Look up things that you question. Trust me, once you start looking, you will be absolutely flabbergasted by what you will find.
I was born in 1944. It was traditional for parents to subject their children to a known case of Measles, chicken pox, mumps and so on. We all survived after contracting the virus and went on to do the same for our children. The population carried on increasing, so I wonder if we need to vaccinate.
Yes, I was thinking just the same: we all had measles, chicken pox, mumps, and it was considered very good to have the rubiolaas a child (being hazardous as an adult, especially if you were pregnant, then your child could be born blind)

If these vaccines are so effective and protective then how on earth could an unvaccinated person pose a threat? I am not vaccinated and am never sick.
What is so incredibly strange is how they can use this “argument” at all, and get away with it (!)
If anything, the vaccinated persons would/could be a threat to the non-vaccinated.
Paid agitprop specialists sit around in board rooms thinking of ways to get around rational arguments by making up lies. And they get away with it, because they own all mainstream media.
Their argument about everyone having to be vaccinated in order to be protected is a concept they stole from natural immunity. It’s not applicable to vaccination, but they’ve managed to brainwash a large segment of the public into believing it.

“The herd immunity theory was originally coined in 1933 by a researcher called Hedrich. He had been studying measles patterns in the US between 1900-1931 (years before any vaccine was ever invented for measles) and he observed that epidemics of the illness only occurred when less than 68% of children had developed a natural immunity to it. This was based upon the principle that children build their own immunity after having, or being exposed to, the disease. So the herd immunity theory was, in fact, about natural disease processes and nothing to do with vaccination. If 68% of the population were allowed to build their own natural defences, there would be no raging epidemic.
“Later on, vaccinologists ripped off the idea, and increased the figure from 68% to 95% with no scientific justification as to why, and then stated that there had to be 95% vaccine coverage to achieve immunity. Essentially, they took Hedrich’s study and manipulated it to promote their vaccination programs.”

That argument always confused me too. Recently our state was debating a bill to remove personal exemptions, and I wrote to my state representative urging him to vote against it. It turned out he was a co-sponsor of the bill, and felt strongly that the bill was needed to protect the health of other children. So I asked him how an unvaccinated child could ever pose a risk to vaccinated children, and he said it’s not the vaccinated kids, it’s the ones who can’t get vaccinations because they have compromised immune systems. So the idea is that it’s acceptable to force your child to be vaccinated so that they can’t expose an immune compromised child to the disease.
However, this reasoning ignores the fact that newly vaccinated people can shed the diseases they’ve just been vaccinated for, which means that vaccinated children also pose a risk. And while I empathize with the situation of the immune compromised children, I don’t agree that it’s acceptable to force everyone else to get vaccinated. My child was vaccine injured many years ago. Fortunately, personal exemptions still existed back then, so we were able stop vaccinating our child. We were able to eventually recover him, but it took a lot of time, effort, and expense. And I believe that if we’d continued vaccinating him, he would have ended up so far down the spectrum that he wouldn’t have been able to recover.
I sent my representative links to some of the studies showing that vaccines can cause damage, and that vaccinated people can shed viruses, and I asked him to read them. I told him that I think parents should have the right to make informed decisions about their own children’s medical needs, but he didn’t respond back to me after that. And unfortunately the bill did pass.

Hello and thank you for this info. As a grandparent, I can only give this info to my daughter, but I am very concerned about my grandson, 2 yrs old, getting vaccinated. Many parents do give in because it seems impossible to get through the red tape to get your children into school without being vaccinated. Any help with this?

When I previously wrote to my Dem politicians about vaccine exemptions, I got back a standard pharma talking points provaxx letter. They are all bought. I think what is needed, is to locally connect non vaccinating parents so they can help each other if they are under attack by medical fascists. I was vaccinated against the horrible disease smallpox in 1932, a blessing. Today, folks still
remember the good and blindly accept false information. I did have measels, mumps, chicken pox, and whopping cough Our foods were not yet being contaminated with dangerous chemicals and we got well. Today it is difficult to decide because the children are eating sugars in place of nutritious foods. Do they have the ability to get well normally?

The sugar intake has increased dramatically and it can be the main factor bringing down the immune system of healthy children. We introduce them to processed sugars at such a young age and so they don’t have the opportunity to have and maintain a balanced system.

As one who has studied vaccines over the past 37 years, including their history, it was never a blessing to be injected with cow pus. Look up “The Golden Calf” by Charles W. Forward (circa 1933), and “The Hadwen Documents” (1896-1925). Both are available to read online, but I’m not certain for how long, with all the moves being made toward complete censorship.
Even those who survive and function after these injections (and many didn’t), damage is done in the range of genetic alteration.

I recently heard about a website that lists the ingredients in vaccines that are not listed on the vials. I also heard that they add polysorbate 80 to some vaccines, and dont list that. When looking at my extensive allergy testing , I am allergic to polysorbate 80, and should avoid it. So if you are allergic also , then they must provide a vaccine that doesnt have that in it, or make an allowance for you. Just another way to avoid the mandatory vaccinations that are pushed upon us.

In the above piece, you cite 11 measles deaths last year and compare that to a long list of vaccine complications. You don’t provide a list of measles complications, also called morbidity. I have a cousin who is brain-damaged from measles so I am very interested in this side. Also your comparison statistics like falling out of bed killing 1000 people must include all age groups, whereas measles affects children only, which is a lot worse, and who vaccines are trying to protect. Your statistics therefore appear to try and emotionalise and sensationalise the facts rather than being clear and plain. I am always suspicious of anyone trying to use emotion to convince me of something. I noticed previously you have used a photograph of a much larger needle than would ever be used, clearly shock tactics
I was wondering where the sources to the numbers you quote about numbers dying from measles verses dying from getting out of bed are. I checked the sources that are listed, but did not see this. The pro vaccine websites list 72 dying in the americas just in 2018. They say large numbers of the outbreaks are unvaccinated and give charts.
I would really like to know the facts so I can argue intelligently. I have been injured by a vaccine, so I try to warn people, but this push and scare about measles seems real. I would like to have the sources so that I might be free to share the truth with others. Thank you.
