Why is the issue of vaccine safety even being debated?
The 1986 Act establishing the “vaccine court” stipulated that vaccines are “generally unsafe.” End of discussion. Both sides stipulated.
In a series of reports published between 1991 and 2013, the Institute of Medicine affirmed that scientific evidence demonstrates that vaccines can cause injury and death.
The 2011 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Bruesewitz v. Wyeth made it clear that the government’s position is that vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.”
But when it comes to our health freedom, the reality is that the topic of “safe and effective” is actually irrelevant. Each person has the right to decide what will or will not be injected into their bodies, and into the bodies of their children! No one should be harassed, mocked, ridiculed, forced, coerced, intimidated, blackmailed, or put under duress of any kind for refusal to take any pharmaceutical product.

I sat with my daughter who was holding her 5 month old baby, watching the programme. I’ve tried before to research the safety of vaccines (on account of childhood vaccines) so this must have made her more aware of the problem. Thanks Ty and Charlene.

The infectious diseases were eradicated due to improved public sanitation not vaccination – this is widely documented and was proved by UK GP Dr Jayne Donegan. I’m a pharmacologist and I worked in pharma industry for a few years.
First of all, smallpox vaccine was eliminated in 1970 here in the US. My second child (born in 1970) was not required to have that one. Polio was already on the decline when the polio vaccine was introduced. Again – do some research on that. The polio-like illness going around the country today has been thought to be coming from the polio vaccine itself. Research it! The info is out there. Secondly, children don’t die from measles and mumps. They are NOT deadly diseases. Remember the last kid who died from mumps or measles? Me either, and I’m 73 yrs old. Almost everyone I know got measles and/or mumps back in the day. Chickenpox was big too. I don’t remember a single death Build their immune system, as a good parent should. Feed them organic, healthy food and make sure their hygiene habits are well ingrained. If the W.H.O. is saying that vaccines are NOT SAFE – what more do you need to figure this out. Over vaccinated kids are more than twice as sickly as unvaccinated kids. Again – easy to find this information. Better do some of your own research.

In a court of law, under oath, I believe every Government official, CDC and FDA executive, would be forced to say the Pharmaceutical Industry was given legal immunity on, “legally and properly tested vaccines.” It would be suicide for anyone to admit they had no concern for the safety, or the use of Established Government Legal Guidelines… and so it causes me to wonder if Pharmaceutical Immunity would actually hold up in a court of law.
The Gov’t passed that law so that they don’t have to pay anyone damaged by a vaccine and instead set it up as a separate court where vaccine damage claimants get paid by us. That never should have even been suggested much less passed. It needs to be rescinded and the monster responsible for it given double doses of all vaccines. I thought it was worded in such a way as to cover their ass because they think some damage and deaths are acceptable.

When certain places are making it mandatory for vaccines our rights are being stripped and that is so wrong. I personally haven’t been getting the flu vaccines,. I did get vaccines when I was a child, I’m 56 now and haven’t been sick, that should say something, as I work with the public.
I have a family member that is doing a lot of research about vaccines, and the media, social media are not allowing them to post their findings.

I have not received one flu shot, not has my children and we all have been pretty lucky of not getting the flu. We are pretty healthy. When I was enrolling my child into kindergarten the secretary said she needed all the shot records in which I had gave her already, but later in the day I was told to come pick up my child cuz there was one shot that was missing, which I knew she had already received them all. Anyway, long story short the school found the shot record, the nurse told me that there is kids in the school right now who are not vaccinated and that they don’t have to be, I asked why she said because it’s against there religion. So here I am at the school to pick up my daughter cuz they lost the shot record but then found it, and we have children inside the school who has not been vaccinated one time. How is this right? It blows my mind. I don’t care what vaccines they come out with I will not take any.

Thanks for posting. Finally even amongst themselves they are starting to ‘think’. They really don’t need to be always right as no one is always right. But honesty goes a long way in stopping the fear that is mounting up. In other words, I feel better seeing they are taking stock of what is happening as to the adverse reactions and attempting to deal with it instead of attacking the innocents who are suffering. Maybe they can begin to unravel the causes in order to fix what already has affected those that are still alive with the after affects. Meanwhile don’t pass any more laws to take away a person’s rights to say NO! They need to alert the politicians that have so easily been misled. Years of indoctrinations need to be undone. If they start making those changes I believe the anger and frustration of the public for awhile may be explosive but would eventually calm down as no longer enemies but united in fighting disease.
Many like you believe this mess was done accidentally and/or because of money. On the surface it appears that way but it is not. All of it was done on purpose and I guarantee when you find the truth, you will know we will never be united on any issue.

I have my students provide their patients with the flyer insert so they can make wise choices.
If patient does not want to read it, then I have them read the highlighted side effects.
This called informed consent prior to administering the vaccine.
I feel that the public is starting to take notice that vaccines are not as safe and effective as promoted and I give those people much respect to voice their thoughts contray to the medical system today.
I appreciate the hard work of the medical community but they have failed at looking at new reseach and depend on phramaceutical company repesentatives to get their data.
When reserach is done by the phramaceutical companies we know this is an unethical practice because it will be bias.
There have been many whisle blowers over the years. Also that the phramaceutical companies and the FDA and CDC move major players around so it looks like they new faces when it really is the same people with different titles.

Ty and other like minded professionals like him need to testify before Congress to move to change the status quo regarding Big Pharma and the FDA on vaccines, canver treatments etc. Our government has got to start allowing patients to choose the health treatments we want, not those shoved down our throats by mainstream medicine. Encourage and support functional/integrative/naturopathic medicine along side insurance reform so they will start paying for alternative treatments like IV Vitamin C, hyperbaric oxygen, etc. Somebody has got to start this fight on the national level and you guys have the reputation and contacts to do that!

I wonder if the CDC hid the study they did in 2010 from the rest of the medical world.. They sure shut it down when it was reaching amazing results and was the ‘best practices’ model applied to post-release vaccine adverse event reporting…
That study used cluster analysis on the medical records of over 700,000 patients in a MA HMO for a period of 3 whole years. The project was to flag all those incidents in which a patient received a vax and was subsequently running to the ER or back to a doctor WITHIN 30 DAYS of the vax… They could even identify which vaccines had what frequency of likely adverse reactions since the vaxxes have identifying codes in the insurance data…
Among the stunning results was that the average adverse reaction rate was 2.6% on average… So since the CDC pushes out 310 million vaccines a year, that 2.6% means that EACH YEAR THERE ARE 8MILLION PEOPLE WHO HAVE ADVERSE REACTIONS FROM ONE OR OTHER VAX….. 8,000,000 vaccine damaged people each year……. you are free to speculate why the CDC contacts for the study suddenly stopped co-operating with the IT team that produced the system and study….

What a load of rubbish. You guys need to educate yourselves. Not rely on the basis of a stitched together video to make it look like there are issues with safety. The same conclusions could be made for the safety of any medicine, not just vaccines. The numbers don’t lie. Of the hundreds of millions being vaccinated, the number of issues are infinitesimally small, and statistically irrelevant. You’ll find the same lack of 100% certainty with respect to safety could be said for paracetamol, aspirin, etc, etc. Yet I’m sure you all take those medicines. End of story.

No, George, I don’t take aspirin, or any other “medicine” in fact. I attended medical school and found the statement with the most impact for human health to be a quote from the founder of all of our Western medical practices, Hippocrates: “Let food be their medicine, and let medicine be their food.” The One True God knows far better than any “scientifically trained” doctor what the human body requires to be healthy, and we do not need lab-synthesized chemicals for health. What we need is God’s naturally-created chemicals found in our organic food supply. Period. Pharmaceutically produced chemicals have one purpose in reality — to make money.

I think there are risks attached to nearly everything – someone could get strangled by their seat belt or have an internal injury due to wearing one, but you cannot argue that seatbelts have saved countless lives. Same for vaccinations. Yes, some people might have adverse reactions and it is really tragic and regrettable. But what about the fact that vaccines have all but eradicated polio and measles that children used to die from? (And measles are on the rise, needllessly killing babies and young children again due to vaccine scepticsm) And unfortunately, deciding to vaccinate or not isn’t really just an individual matter. If I vaccinate my children, which I did, I am helping to protect the herd, because vaccines only really protect eveyrone when the majority of people have been vacinnated. Therefore, people who don’t take the minute risk of a possible side-effect depend on those of us who do vaccinate ourselves and our children to protect their children, and that isn’t fair. Everyone who does not vacinnate when the majority of people do benefits from others’ having accepted their civic responsibility. These comments are taken out of context – of course everything should be transparent and people should continue researching and documenting and keeping safety records. There is work to be done, but would you really go back to the days when it was normal for children to die of disease? If you asked the vast majority of health experts, they would tell you that vacinnation is one of the most effective tools we have to prevent premature death and childhood mortality. Unfortunately, the older people who witnessed the devastation of polio and other diseases are not here anymore to tell us how vaccinations were seen in their day as miraculous. The success of vaccination is partly its downfall – we’ve forgotten how vital it is because we no longer see the devastation and death that it prevents.

Thank you for your work Ty!! My first son was damaged from vaccines. I stopped vaccinating my other 3 children and they have been spared the things my first son has to live with daily. I wanted to post that the corona vaccine search is a hoax as well. Fatalities to date are the same as regular flu. 5%. That vaccine has been used about 10 years now, and has only caused more deaths than in 2010.
