How Big Pharma is Replacing Doctors with Corrupt Bureaucracy

I want to talk about SB-276 because California did something that crossed a line in a way that I don’t think most people, and certainly the liberal democrats from my party that I grew up in, I don’t think have any clue about the line that they stepped over with this bill and how enormously cruel and barbaric it is. This is a bill that targets the 4000 children in the state whose doctors have told them after reviewing their medical records, after knowing that child in many cases since the day they were born, knowing the family, being familiar with the medical history, and understanding that maybe that child has an earlier vaccine and got seizures or got allergies, or got eczema or some other allergic reaction, and have said to that child, “You can not get another vaccine because it may kill you, and it is almost certainly going to make you sick.”

This bill has taken those 4000 children and said, “We’re going to force you to vaccinate anyway. Even though your doctor told you it might kill you if you did.” There are no exemptions left. People think if the child is in real trouble, that there’s an opportunity for him not to get—If he had a seizure, for example, to a previous vaccine, there is no way that they’re going to vaccinate him. It’s not true. Under the law, that child has to be vaccinated anyway. The only way that you can escape vaccination is if you had an anaphylactic reaction, which means near death, or if you died. Then, it only protects you against that one vaccine. You still have to get the other 71. So, really it’s a barbaric law and the law has been justified under this rubric of “herd immunity.” We’re forcing these children to get vaccinated to protect immunocompromised children who they may come in contact with in the classroom.

But, if you go to FDA’s website, until recently when they took this off, or the John Hopkins protocols for immunocompromised patients, you know what they say? They say if you’re immunocompromised, you should avoid people who have recently received the measles vaccine, who have received even within six weeks a chicken pox vaccine, who’ve received a polio vaccine, who’ve received at any time in their lives a pertussis vaccine. It doesn’t say avoid unvaccinated people. It says avoid vaccinated people. So, that’s one issue. The other issue is the whole idea of herd immunity is a fabrication as applied to vaccines. Herd immunity works with natural herd immunity. The way herd immunity was supposed to work was 99% of children got chickenpox when I was a kid. When you got the chickenpox, it was prophylactic against cancers when you got older. It boosted your immune system, and there’s literally many, many dozens of studies that show this. And, it reduces your chance of getting Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, atopic diseases, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, cardiac arrest.

If you had it, it extends your life dramatically. There’s a recent Japanese study, I wish I had the slide here. It shows people who got the disease, all four diseases, are the longest lived. The mumps, measles, chickenpox and rubella. The people who got the fewest of them are the shortest lived because they get diseases later on in life. If you got chicken pox when you were a kid, you were supposed to get it. You weren’t supposed to get it when you were born because you’re vulnerable as a little baby, but you had maternal immunity that your mother gives you. Then, you get it when you’re prepubescent and it’s a mild disease. Nobody dies. I think it was counting one out of every 350,000 people. Those were people who were on death’s door in the first place. And then, throughout the rest of your life, you run into people who have chicken pox because it came back in two year cycles, and every time you run into one of those people, it’s like a booster shot. It boosts your immunity.

There were certain people, yes, who got shingles because they had the chickenpox, all survivors, in them. Those are the people usually older people who never came in contact with children who had chickenpox, who were fairly isolated and they got shingles. Now, we have a chicken pox vaccine, and even in the clinical trials that were done in Antelope Valley, California, and the chief scientist was a guy called Gary Goldman for CDC, and he told CDC, “Here’s what’s happening. We’re giving everybody chickenpox vaccines, and we’re starting to see shingles for the first time in kids. If we have universal chickenpox vaccination, we are going to double the number of shingles cases, and we’re going to see it not just in older people who never had contact but we’re going to see it all around because nobody is going to be getting that regular boosting. And within 10 years, the shingles virus will double.”

Shingles is as 20 times as lethal as chickenpox. Adult chickenpox, which we’re now getting, is twice as lethal as chickenpox as a kid. So, that’s what happens. And, what is industry’s reaction to that? A vaccine for shingles, which is killing people and blinding them, and giving them terrible, terrible diseases. This is one industry that can actually make money through failure. You know, the measles vaccine, which this SB-276 was about, in 1963 when Merck introduced that vaccine, the two leading voices on measles, the leading authorities in the world, John Enders at Harvard University, who was the first to isolate the measles vaccine, and Sir Graham Wilson, who was the leading virologist maybe in history said, “If that vaccine does not immunize 100% of the people with lifetime immunity the way that measles does, you shouldn’t do it because in the long run, you’re going to do something really terrible.”

What is that? You’re going to make it so—Measles is supposed to get you when you’re above five months old and below puberty. If you wait, it’s dangerous. If it’s too early, it’s dangerous. You give that people the vaccine, it means they don’t get it in that period. Within seven years, 10 to 15% have lost all immunity and within 20 years, 33% have lost immunity. Merck said when it introduced the vaccine, it’s 100% effective and it’s effective for life. One vaccine for life. Merck said, “We will eliminate, eradicate measles from the globe by 1967.” That’s what they said. Then, they came back in 1975 and they said, “We only need 55% coverage.” They came back, and in 75 and 78, measles, it started waning and they had measles outbreaks and they said, “Well, we need a booster shot.” So, now Merck is making double on its vaccine. It’s making money through failure.

Then, they came back in the 80s and said, “We need another booster shot.” Two boosters. They found out the second booster doesn’t work at all. It only gives you one or two months of immunity. So, now you have a vaccine that is doomed to wane, which means older people are going to get measles and get injured, and babies are going to get measles, and that’s what’s happening now. Babies are dying of measles, and the death rate of measles in 1962, before the introduced the vaccine, the total death rate in America had already dropped by 99%. 400 people were dying and almost all of them were intellectually disabled children. They were mainly black kids from the south who had bad nutrition, who were severely malnourished. We now know that if you give people Vitamin A, it’s almost impossible to die of measles. So, it’s very likely, and this is what Anderson Graham Wilson said, that measles is disappearing naturally. We don’t need to do anything, and if you give them the vaccine, it’s going to screw it up.

In 1984, John Hopkins did a study that said, “Here’s what’s going to happen. The reason that you’re not getting huge outbreaks right now is there’s still people alive who lived before 1962. As soon as those people die out, you’re going to have more “susceptibles” than you did in 1961 and they’re going to be people who are much older and much younger, and the death rate is going to be astronomical.” Not only that, but because a waning vaccine, it forces the evolution of more virulent forms of measles, so measles itself is going to become more dangerous. This is what John Hopkins said in 1984. So, the idea of herd immunity, you can’t put all that on a bumper sticker. It’s really easy for the press and the politicians who I went and talked to in Sacramento saying, “Oh, we need herd immunity. It’s the only thing protecting us against mass death from measles.” There’s so many things about that statement you don’t have time to correct it.

And, when I got up to testify—They didn’t allow public hearings because the only way they can win this debate is by not having it. When I got up to debate, they said to me, “Times up.” I couldn’t even say one word. Literally nothing. They didn’t want to hear the information. They didn’t want to hear the facts. They were either bought or they were brain dead. One of the two.

Audience: Both.

Robert Kennedy: Yeah, or both. But anyway, now they’ve done something that’s immensely crucial because right now, after 20 years, 33% of people don’t have immunity in this state. That means there’s millions of adult Californians walking around who are reservoirs for the disease. So, why are you targeting these 4000 kids who could die from the vaccine? Why aren’t you targeting the people who gave us the bogus vaccine in the first place, which is Merck? One of the things I was going to say to them is Merck’s two top scientists, Joan Wlochowski and Steve Krahling, are in federal court in Pennsylvania right now and they’re saying they’re suing Merck under multi-billion dollar federal false claims act for defrauding the regulators about the MMR vaccine, about the mumps portion, because FDA told them—Merck wanted a monopoly. They didn’t want Glaxo coming in here with its vaccine.

FDA said, “We will give you the monopoly if you can show 95% efficacy on all three components, the mumps, measles, and rubella.” The mumps component they could not get above 69%. So, they told the scientists take some rabbit antibodies, which are commercially available, put them in the human blood vials and hand those to FDA and lie about it. That’s what they did, and then they told their bosses at Merck, the top people of Merck, “We’re refusing to do this and we’re going to tell on you.” Their bosses said, “If you tell on us, we’re going to see that you go to prison, and if you don’t tell on us, we’re going to give you huge bonuses.” They quit and they sued, and that suit is a very, very strong suit. Right now, we are in the middle of a national mumps epidemic.

This year, there was a naval ship, and it’s 100% vaccinated people. It’s happening at the University of Pennsylvania, at Harvard, at Emory, in prisons all over the country. All of the prisoners are forcibly vaccinated, all the kids in college have to be vaccinated with the MMR. 100% vaccinated, and in the military there’s a naval ship called the USS Fort McHenry, which was plying the Persian Gulf for five months. It could not come to shore because there was a mumps epidemic on that ship. And legally, they had to be quarantined. It had to move through 733 sailors and marines on that ship, and it disabled a major military asset for five months. Not a word about it in the press. You’ll read when there’s 250 measles cases that it’s the end of the world, it’s the apocalypse. There’s 9200 mumps cases going on at the exact same time and none of the papers will write about it, and none of the news shows will show it because they can’t explain why, because their sponsors—Lester Holt is sponsored by Merck, Anderson Cooper is sponsored by Pfizer, Erin Burnett is sponsored by Pfizer.

At Evening News Roger Ailes told me that 17 out of the 22 ads on a typical news show, evening news show, that he was selling advertising for were pharmaceutical ads coming from those vaccine makers. We don’t get news about this, and now social media is censoring these guys, Ty and Charlene. They’re censoring all natural medicine. Glaxo just made a partnership with Google, $761 million dollars they just signed together where Google is now making vaccines. So, they’re shutting down all discussion. Any what they call misinformation, it’s criticism whether it’s misinformation or not. They allow a lot of vaccine misinformation on the evening news. How many people here have heard that there were 80,000 flu deaths last year? You know how many, if you look up CDC’s mortality and morbidity data? 1300. But, every news show says 80,000. Lester Holt showed a picture of a baby with measles and we found it on stock footage on the internet, and they had to put dots all over the baby.

That’s vaccine misinformation, and on and on. When they say misinformation, it’s a euphemism for criticism of vaccine companies. Glaxo has a deal. Google has partnered both with Merck and with Glaxo, and this huge deal with Glaxo, and they’re all making vaccines together, but they’re also mining all of our health information. That’s part of their deal. If Alexa hears you sneeze in your house, Glaxo knows about it and they’re going to be able to send you some remedy that’s got a patent on it. Anyway, I’ll say one other thing about what happened with SB-276. This has disrupted, and this is where they really crossed this point of where you don’t know where it’s going to end up, they have disrupted this ancient relationship between physicians and patients. You go into a physician, you trust that physician is treating you as his patient. He’s not an agent of the state. He’s not an agent of state policy, but that’s all changed now. That doctor now is breaking the law if he does what’s best for his patient.

A state bureaucracy has now stepped in between the doctors and patient and made that doctor an agent of state policy and told that doctor, “Your job is not to do what’s best for that patient. Throw out the Hippocratic Oath. Your job is to do what’s best for society as a whole, what’s good for the state.” So, where does that end? Are we going to become like China, where they say it’s not good for the state for you to have more than one baby therefore we are going to forcibly abort the one that you have now? You know what’s a real drag on our economy? Old people. About 80% of our medical expenses go to taking care of people during the last year of life. Wouldn’t it be better if we could just get rid of a lot of them? And, if the doctor would just do that when they came into the doctor’s office because it’s for the good of the state.

So, where does it end? If they can tell you, even though I believe as a doctor it’s going to kill you if I give you this vaccine, I’m going to do it anyway for the state. What’s the next step? That’s where we are in the state of California today. This is not a hyperbole, this is not exaggeration. This is where we are, and it takes some kind of mass delusion, of cognitive dissonance for us to somehow believe that this is okay.
