Returns Policy

We are confident that TTAV Global, LLC, www.thetruthaboutvaccines.com, provides only top-quality health information products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return the product for a full refund less the shipping and handling costs.

All returns must be made within 90 Days (unless otherwise stated on the order page of the product you purchased) from the product shipment date. Please note that if your order contained a second package as part of our BOGO offer, you will need to return both packages.

For assistance with a refund, please create a support ticket with your name, address, phone number, and order number at support.thetruthaboutvaccines.com. We will be glad to assist you.

Per our company policy, we will reship lost domestic packages 4 weeks from the shipment date and international packages 6 weeks from the shipment date as a one-time courtesy. Please note, COVID-19 could delay these time timeframes.
