You didn’t get the Covid shot. You worked hard to stay healthy during the pandemic by eating right and taking supplements. Could you still be vulnerable to some of the same physical challenges as people who got the shot? Until a few weeks ago, I would have said no. Now, I see things differently.
I recently had a Live Blood Cell Analysis (LBA) done. LBA involves “placing a drop of blood from the patient’s fingertip on a microscope slide under a glass coverslip to keep it from drying. The slide is then viewed at high magnification with a dark-field microscope that forwards the image to a television monitor.”1
My blood looked very clean, although it indicated I needed to work on digestion and do a liver cleanse. The practitioner asked me what I was doing that might account for why my blood appeared so uncluttered. “I juice,” was my response. Together we looked at numerous pictures of blood samples she had taken from various individuals, that showed anything but clean blood. I learned these were people who had not gotten the vaccine! They were health minded—ate a clean, nutritious diet and took supplements. Yet, sample after sample showed strange things in their blood. I saw odd shapes in the form of squares and rectangles—objects like she’d never seen before. Some shapes looked like they had handles. I saw fluorescent material in one sample, and another one had a blood clot with tentacles that had grown out from its core. It was like roaming through a junkyard.
I asked the practitioner what she thought was going on. “Shedding” was her response. Could it be? My mind suddenly was open to this possibility of shedding like never before. I’d heard a lot about shedding but was skeptical. It didn’t make sense to me. But now I was considering the only possible explanation for blood abnormalities that I viewed in slide after slide, representing person after person who had not gotten the shot, who took care of their health, yet had a plethora of junk in their blood. There was only one thing they all had in common—they encountered a cross-section of people in their daily lives. One can only speculate as to what percentage of those people were vaccinated. But it was probably similar to the national average, which shows about 70% of the US population are considered to be fully vaccinated. That represents a lot of people who you encounter every day, who are potentially vaccinated. But do they shed? And what does that mean?
Vaccine shedding is considered to be the release or discharge of any of the vaccine components in or outside the body. Who sheds? Some people say it’s the newly vaccinated who shed the most. Yet finding information about it is very difficult since the mainstream denies that it ever happens. Dr. Sherri Tenpenny says it may be transmitted by frequencies, but we just don’t know that yet. She cites numerous accounts of physical reactions in unvaccinated people, such as the sudden onset of excessive bleeding in women, where a woman loses two thirds of her blood during menstruation or gets her period in her 70s, with the only explanation being shedding. Some health professionals say it’s not really shedding but transmission. Whatever you call it, it is no longer just a theory. One study from the University of Colorado has proven that shedding or transmission does happen. “Evidence for Aerosol Transfer of SARS-CoV2-specific Humoral Immunity” was just released. Researchers evaluated samples that revealed high intranasal IgG in vaccinated parents was significantly associated with a 0.38 increase in the log transformed intranasal IgG gMFIs within a child from the same household.2
On May 18, 2023 Dr Rashid Buttar, known for his stellar work with autism, cancer and vaccines, died suddenly. Earlier in 2023, he spent six days in the ICU, suffering both a stroke and myocarditis. He stated in more than one interview that he believed this was the result of shedding from the vaccinated, as he was unvaccinated. Strokes and myocarditis are two conditions often reported by the vaccinated and believed to be due to the shot.
Many unvaccinated people don’t get warning symptoms that something is going on in their body until they experience a major event. Though this is unproven and has no scientific data to support it, the Live Blood Cell Analysis seems to be a possible diagnostic tool to see what is going on in the body. Studies are needed to ascertain what is actually happening with unvaccinated people who are experiencing many symptoms and conditions similar to those in people who have been vaccinated. This may not take place anytime soon. Meanwhile, numerous people are sick and some are dying suddenly and no one knows why.
There is something we all can do right now to prevent illness and cleanse our blood. We can juice everyday. I don’t live in a bubble or distance myself from people, yet my blood looks very clean. I juice simply everyday! I recommend you also use the amazing powers of juice, and include some detoxing in your health plan as well. I can say with confidence: “Juicing could save your life!”
Juice mostly vegetables. Choose from a variety of veggies and especially dark leafy greens. You can add some lemon and apple for flavor. I add a chunk of ginger to nearly every juice I make since it’s a proven anti-inflammatory. Also, make a large glass of celery juice in the morning. It has amazing health properties. And don’t forget to include wheatgrass juice! It is a blood purifier and super detoxer. If you can’t find fresh wheatgrass to juice, then get a high-quality wheatgrass juice powder.
Here are a few of my favorite recipes that are excellent choices for purifying and healing the body:
Anti-Inflammatory Tonic*
I shared this recipe last month, but it’s important for this topic so I’m sharing it again.
Fennel: Anti-inflammatory, antihistamine, analgesic, and antioxidant
Apple: Inhibits the development of allergies; rich in histamine-lowering quercetin
Cucumber: Analgesic (pain killer); antioxidant that prevents the synthesis of the inflammatory compound prostaglandin
Broccoli: Anti-carcinogenic, prevents gastric mucosal damage (suggesting potential histamine-lowering action)
Ginger: Anti-inflammatory, rich in zinc
Ingredients:
- 1 green apple
- 1 large fennel with fronds
- 1-inch-piece ginger root
- 1 large broccoli stem
- 3 leaves kale
- 1 cucumber, peeled if not organic
Strawberry Ginger Lemonade
Strawberries and apples are rich in fisetin, a phytonutrient that has been shown to promote longevity, reduce signs of aging, and improve memory and cognition. It is also a cancer fighter.
Ingredients:
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1 apple
- 1-inch chunk ginger root
Minty Beet Refresher
Beets are a good source of potassium, minerals, and electrolytes that can help the body to stay cool during the summer. Beets are also good for cleansing the liver. Lemon juice contains electrolytes helpful to prevent electrolyte imbalance and dehydration.
Ingredients:
- 1 beet
- 1 apple
- 1/2 lemon, peeled if not organic
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1-2 cups purified water
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- Fresh mint leaves

Super Green Healing Juice
Ingredients:

- 3-4 leaves of kale or chard
- 2 ribs celery
- 1 apple
- 1-inch chunk ginger root
Give Juicing a Try
If you’re asking yourself “where’s the proof” on this topic of shedding, I have none, as I mentioned. I simply have anecdotal stories. But I can confidently say that various vegetables and their juices do have studies to show that they improve health. For example, beet juice is shown to lower blood pressure and celery to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and fight cancer. You will never know how good you can feel or how great your blood could look until you give juicing a try.
Author’s Note
If you are interested in Live Blood Cell Analysis and can’t find anyone in your area, let me know if you would like to attend a retreat in the Phoenix area on blood purification and have an opportunity to get an LBA. You can email me at juiceladyinfo@aol.com I’ll put something together if there’s enough interest.
